Pulonia is a blend of local grapes, mainly composed of Trebbiano Modenese and Pignoletto. The vineyard is managed by Marco Lanzotti, who remains to date one of the youngest custodians of local native vines, which would otherwise be explanted. Pulonia is a re-inflicted bottle that passes its aging in concrete containers and then is added frozen must in the spring.
