Munjebel Rosso VA is made from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes coming from a blend of the 3 vineyards located precisely in the highest points owned by Frank Cornelissen (Vigne Alte): Pettinociarelle, Monte Dolce and Tartaraci. It beautifully expresses the value and precision of the old vine: the Nerello Mascalese grown here has an average age of almost 100 years and the plants are all ungrafted. The unique position of the high terraces of the northern valley of Etna gives the wine a rare elegance thanks to the climatic characteristics and above all to the thermal excursions.
