The Passerina Raffa is exposed on the east side of Castorano and a part to the west with variable slopes typical of the local geomorphology. The soils are sandy marl with bioclasts, spurred cordon training with natural grassing between the rows. Average annual production of 50 quintals per hectare.
The wine is characterized by its typical aroma that recalls hints of vegetables, menthol, yellow fruit flowers, marked minerality and citrus sensations.The same parcel is harvested with two separate venmdemmie in order to obtain two fermentations with different maturations.The result is an agile but full-bodied product, with considerable minerality and sapidity, vinification in steel with evolution in wood.

Straw yellow, it begins with floral aromas of rose and violet and then opens on the palate with hints of fragrant white fruit, ripe pear supported by important freshness. The finish is mineral with brackish notes.
