Sorry we don't ship this product in United States of America
Lambrusco dell'Emilia i.g.p. obtained from Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. Marco Lanzotti brings his Sorbara to life with the use of frozen must from the year before, which is added to the already finished mass of fermenting in the following spring. The healthy and ripe fruits generate a dry, graceful and lively taste.Born in Vaciglio di Modena, in its union of soil, vine, microclimate, man and history at 34m a.s.l., on medium-textured soil, oriented to the south, south / east on espalier breeding. The yield is very low: 70 q / HaThe healthy and ripe grapes are hand-picked in boxes, followed by destemming, crushing and 5 days of maceration on the skins.Decanting is natural and the decanting follows the lunar pattern. In February, the sweet, of the same wine, previously stored at the right temperature, is added. The refermentation is displaced in the bottle.

Three Senses
Spoma is rounder than a classic sorbara, it will be for the strong presence of clay in the territory of Modena.. To drink with nice people or by yourself, in a nice atmosphere while listening to good music, at dawn or at sunset, at the sea and in the mountains but especially in large quantities, not tasting it but enjoying it.
