The vitovska vine needs soils rich of rocks to express its freshness. Lupinc processes this product from a light maceration on the skins (approximately 1 day). The 20% of the product is aged in oak barrels for a period of 9 months, while the remaining product is left to age on lees for an identical period of 9 months.

Three Senses
Lupinc vitovska has a deep yellow color with golden hues. The short maceration brings balsamic notes, hints of anise and mint to the wine. Then yellow fruit comes out without weighing down the nose. The wine makes its entrance in the mouth with extreme gentleness, revealing a metered extractive caliber. Density and silkiness are perfectly at ease, the fullness of the palate anticipates a pleasant vertical salivation.
