Chardonnay in purity, the Saten of La Costa di Ome comes from soils with a rocky substratum of calcareous nature,with medium stratification, with slopes between 25 and 45%. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand, as soon as they reach maturity. The fermentation takes place slowly, at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C. In spring the second fermentation on yeast cultara starts and after 24 months the manual remuage and disgorgement begins.
Three Senses
Straw yellow with fine perlage. Hay and bread stand out on the nose, accompanied by white flowers and a touch of yeast. In the mouth you can feel all the minerality of terraced limestone soils.To be uncorked in company, as an aperitif or with fish dishes. It also holds up well to white and red meats making it the companion to the Brescian spit.
