The best Istrian Malvasia is vinified dry white product unquestionably in Friuli. The area of the Carso with its soil structure summarized in the term Flysch which indicates a compound made of clastic sedimentary rock, the wine releases a rock feature that blends perfectly with the ripe fruit.

Three Senses
Hand picking of selected grapes, crushing, short maceration. 50% of the product is aged in oak barrels for a period of 9 months, while the remaining product is left to age on the lees for an identical period of 9 months. An all-meal wine that copes excellently with white meat dishes.
