Corbu is born from small plots of 4500 vines per hectare of cabernet sauvignon arranged on the east and west sides of the company, with a production of minute bunches, on average tightened with small grapes.The union with Montepulciano generates this red wine. The grapes are vinified separately in steel followed by a subsequent stop in small wood to obtain a splendid evolution.Yield per hectare of cabernet sauvignon 30 quintals.Yield per hectare (average) of Montepulciano 60 quintals.
