About 1000 bottles made with a careful selection of the best pecorino grapes exposed, collected at the right ph. Marke is a bet of the Clara Marcelli company who wanted to experience a maceration on the skins until the beginningfermentation. The mass is then pressed and the must moved to the woods where the alcoholic fermentation ends. A subsequent evolution in new woods for about 20 months completes the winemaking and aging cycle.

Three Senses
Intense yellow color with golden highlights, the nose is very complex, glycemic with distinct sensations of lavender, citrus, white flowers and ripe fruit.In the mouth, the entry is warm and enveloping, with mineral perceptions but not without agility, with a marked acid vein, herbaceous and menthol finish
