Wine produced with a prevalence of Doña Blanca, Godello and Golgadeira grapes grown on sandy and granite soils in the coldest area of ​​the Ribeira Sacra.The vinification involves a division of the mass, 40% is pressed directly, while 60% is fermented in whole bunches (semi-carbonic), 45 days of maceration and the refinement lasts for eight months in old French barrels.
