Casa e Chiesa Tenuta Lenzini is a pure Merlot produced in the hills of Lucca which it refines in steel and cement for about 24 months before arriving on our tables. This red is a gastronomic wine that tells the story of the conviviality and everyday life of the wine obtained from the vineyards located between Michele and Benedetta's house and the church of the small village of Gragnano. A genuine juice that fully recounts the biodiversity of this land and the specificity of each single vintage. The Estate covers 23 hectares, of which only 13 are planted with vines, and are located in the area defined as Lucca Biodynamic. Since 2007 they have been managed in biodynamic agriculture using only sulphur, copper and vegetable preparations. The winery was born with the idea of making healthy and genuine wines, produced in harmony with nature and the surrounding environment. The production philosophy always tries to bring to the fore the varietal character of the vines and the influence of the terroir, with minimal intervention in the cellar.
