Erba Bianca is the name of the place where the Fiano vines reside. The origin of this toponym is lost in the peasant history of the area. Also for this reason its future memory is entrusted to the longest-lived glass. The production area is that of Frasso Telesino. The Guyot-trained vines grow on clayey soil. The vinification takes place entirely in steel, with indigenous yeasts. The refinement period also takes place in steel before being bottled.
