Fois is the first wine from Falanghina grapes produced on the farm. Its name comes from the fusion of the Neapolitan culture with that of the other side of the Alps, the latter inherited from the ancestors. The first time in French is the première fois whose pronunciation, [fuà], sounds like Fulvio's nickname as a child. The production area is that of Frasso Telesino. The Guyot-trained vines grow on clayey soil. The vinification takes place entirely in steel, with indigenous yeasts. The refinement period also takes place in steel before being bottled.
