We changed the winemaking technique on our white wines and we came out of the dominant "orange" wine style with prefermentative maceration to obtain more elegance and expression of the terroir. 2016 the vintage is very good for our whites in terms of density and elegance. The vineyards are located between 750 and 1,000 m. slm with many screws not grafted in the highest plots. A mixture of 50% Grecanico Gorato and 50% Carricante.
