The Red of Gaetano is a wine obtained from an unusual blend, Sangivoese Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. After grape harvest, the grapes are left to macerate for about 20 days, then the fermentation takes place in oak barrels. Aging for almost two years in large barrels.
