Vermignon Tenuta Lenzini is an assembly of Vermentino and Sauvignon produced among the Hills of Lucca that refines in steel for about 6 months before arriving on our tables. This white is a gastronomic wine that tells the conviviality and everyday life thanks to its aromatic characteristics. The grapes grown in biodynamics, are enhanced together in a completely floral bouquet. A genuine juice that fully recounts the biodiversity of this land and the specificity of each single vintage. The Estate covers 23 hectares, of which only 13 are planted with vines, and are located in the area defined as Lucca Biodynamic. Since 2007 they have been managed in biodynamic agriculture using only sulphur, copper and vegetable preparations. The winery was born with the idea of making healthy and genuine wines, produced in harmony with nature and the surrounding environment. The production philosophy always tries to bring to the fore the varietal character of the vines and the influence of the terroir, with minimal intervention in the cellar.
