Pan del Bric is the passito made from overripe grapes of white Moscato harvested by hand by La Viranda. This natural wine contains no chemical additives and it is prepared with only native yeasts. The maturation takes place in wooden barrels for 18 months which guarantees to this sweet wine to completely evolve.
